Had a sick pellet stove that we purchased 17 yrs ago. and attempet to fix it over the phone as has been the case in the past . Soon realized it was past me so I brought it to your store at Waldron and it took your service tec. about 10 min. to figure it out. I wanted a new one with all the bells and whistles but may have to put up with this one for another 17 years. Thanks to you and your service dept.
